- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 h to 18:00 h
- Friday: 07:30 h until 17:00 h
You can also email us at claims@simpego.ch to let us know about your claim. Don't forget to include your contract number. Describe the damage as accurately as possible and send us any initial photos or videos.
